Lighting Package: $875

• Lighting package for up to 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, and living room.
• One revision. Additional revisions are $85/each.

Plumbing Package:  $875

• Plumbing package for up to 4 bathrooms.
• One revision. Additional revisions are $85/each.

Paint Package:  $875

• Interior and exterior paint selections for up to four bedroom/3 bathroom homes.
• One revision. Additional revisions are $85/each.

Consultation: $500/2 hours

Luxury Full-Service Design Residential: Starting at $15,000

We offer each client a structured integrated design process based on the individual project. This process is a collaboration between the client and the design team, which emphasizes the development of holistic relationships where creativity and ideas develop. The design process is enhanced by collaboration between specialized professionals in fields such as architecture, lighting, interior design, acoustics, landscape design, contractors, and construction. We coordinate every detail for you.

• Under 3000 sq ft: $15,000
• 3000-5000 sq ft: $25,000
• Above 5000 sq ft: Custom Quote
