We coordinate every detail for you.

Step 1

Design Consultation

Our design consultation is a comprehensive and personalized service that aims to uncover your unique needs, wants, and style preferences. During the consultation, our expert designers will work closely with you to identify your design goals and create a tailored plan that meets your functional and aesthetic requirements. Whether you're looking for a one-time consultation or embarking on a larger design project, our design consultation is the perfect starting point that sets the foundation for a successful outcome.

Step 2

Client Intake

We meet to discuss your design objectives, hopes and dreams, as well as all the specific requirements for your project. The intake process allows you to get accurate, realistic information regarding cost and timeline.

  • Onsite analysis of your space or plan review. 
  • Review project goals and specific requirements for your project and project scope.
  • Discuss your personal style.
  • Discuss the design process overview.
  • Preliminary budgets.
  • Desired project timeline.
  • Initial design study: measure the existing space, perform necessary field research, take necessary photographs, and determine the client's preferences and requirements.

Next steps: After the client intake, the client receives a formal proposal regarding the scope of work and design fees associated with the project.

Design Development & Materials Selection

Once you decide to move forward with our team for your project, a project schedule is developed, and the design plan begins. We will help you select all the materials going into your project. We will assemble a complete installation specification packet of your selections and provide that to you and/or your contractor or builder. This step is the most time-consuming for homeowners when they are doing it themselves.

Step 4

The Execution and Installation

We work collaboratively with architects, builders, and homeowners on residential new construction projects from conception to completion. After the design phase of your project is completed (i.e., building plans, furniture layouts, product selection, materials selection, and color selection), we send out the design plan, material selections, plumbing and lighting information to your contractor(s) to begin the pricing phase of the project. Next is the construction phase. We can be involved as much or as little as the client wishes until it is time for furnishings and the finishing touches to complete the project.
